The plant & flower map provided allows you to find the following; glowing fungus, rhodo, aster, soot flower, tato, blackberry, bloodleaf, snaptails, firecap, pumpkin, mutfruit, silt beans, starlight berries, honey, firecracker berries, glowing resin, carrot flower and brain fungus.
When you cook the plants or flowers you’ll be able to gain a decent amount of XP when a double XP event is happening. You can also sell the cooked plants to the various vendors at the train stations and other locations throughout the wasteland.
