If you go onto the rooftop of the West Tek Research Center as seen in the video you’ll find the perfectly preserved pie and if you stay in the location then jump servers you’ll be able to collect multiple perfectly preserved pies.
So if you come across someones CAMP and they have 10 of them in their vending machines trying to sell them for 2k+ in caps… just know they probably farmed them at this location.
