How to get The Woopsies (Rarest Disease) in Fallout 76?

If you’re looking to contract the rarest disease known as the Woopsies then you’ll want to head up to the New Hidden Location in the Mire called the “Mirelurk Den”.

Here’s how to get the woopsie disease in Fallout 76:

• When you enter the Mirelurk Den you’ll encounter a few Blood Eagles that you’ll have to defeat in order to get to the Mirelurk spawns.
• Once you see the Mirelurk spawns… DO NOT kill them! Let them attack you and bite you several times until you get the Woopsies disease.
• If it doesn’t work the first time (contracting the disease) then jump servers and try it again.
