There are a few guaranteed places to find deathclaws in Fallout 76:
- Abandoned waste dump: This location is in the Mire, northwest of Tanagra Town. It is guaranteed to spawn two deathclaws.
- Deathclaw Island: This location is in the Forest, west of Tyler County Fairgrounds. It is guaranteed to spawn one deathclaw.
- Thunder Mountain substation TM-02: This location is in the Savage Divide, southeast of Hopewell Cave. It is guaranteed to spawn one deathclaw, and it is often fighting ants when you approach.
- Archery Set: This location is in the Forest, east of Harper’s Ferry. It is guaranteed to spawn one deathclaw.
- Hopewell Cave: This location is in the Forest, northeast of Harper’s Ferry. It is guaranteed to spawn one deathclaw.
- Rosalynn Jefferies’ Shrine: This location is in the Savage Divide, north of Tanagra Town. It is guaranteed to spawn one deathclaw.
In addition to these guaranteed locations, deathclaws can also be found in a variety of other places throughout the wasteland.
