The tutorial above shows you how to change the user icon in Fallout 76. The user icon is what the others see when you roam the wasteland. You can usually earn them through the scoreboard challenges or you can purchase them through the Atomic Shop.
Bethesda should add more of these as “collections” with multiple variations of different characters in the game. Prime examples would be a series of ones from Meat Week or the Halloween event that they tend to have. Here is a list of the current Atomic Shop gallery with the ones that they have to offer.
