Jaggy is a Mr. Handy robot who is the main leader of the Pioneer Scouts in Appalachia. He is the one who will start you on the path to becoming a Tadpole Scout.
To find Jaggy, you can follow the sound of a bugle playing on the PA system. He is usually located near the building with the knowledge exam terminals. If you are having trouble finding him, you can also use the map marker to locate his exact position.
