- Chemist: Reduces all Chems weight by 90%. Does not stack with perks.
- Grocer: Reduces weight of all Food and Drink by 90%. Does not stack with perks.
- High Capacity: Increases carry capacity. Reduces energy and rad resistance.
- Insulated: Lowered carry capacity. Increased energy resistance.
- Lead Lined: Lowered carry capacity. Increased radiation resistance.
- Refrigerated: Lowered carry capacity. Decreased food spoilage rate.

- Armor Plated Mod: Purchase from possum vending machines for 5 Possum badges.
- Chemist Mod: Purchase from Mortimer for 350 gold bullion with a Raiders friendly reputation.
- Grocer Mod: Purchase from Samuel for 350 gold bullion with a Settlers friendly reputation.
- High Capacity Mod: Purchase from possum vending machines for 8 Possum badges.
- Insulated Mod: Purchase from possum vending machines for 5 Possum badges.
- Lead Lined Mod: Purchase from possum vending machines for 5 Possum badges.
- Refrigerated Mod: Purchase from possum vending machines for 8 possum badges.
